BitByte Labs is an independent software studio in Lawrenceville, Georgia. We design, build, run, and support our own products.

Why Waity exists
A lot of service businesses still run the front desk from a paper list and a group chat. Customers wait without knowing how long, and staff lose track of who's next. Waity is what we built for that.

Why keewi exists
Building Waity meant keeping track of stories, releases, and specs, and we didn't want them spread across several apps. So we built keewi, and we use it to plan and ship Waity.

Small on purpose
We keep the company and the products small. For the people using our software, fewer screens and less setup usually means fewer things to go wrong.
